I had the wonderful opportunity to talk to Seth and Melanie Studley about my book, You Don’t Have To Do That.

The Studleys have a fantastic marriage and family podcast and coaching business. They cover all kinds of topics, including communication, sex, emotional regulation, faith, and much more. What I appreciate about their podcast is that they are honest, raw, and real about these topics. They often have guests on who are experts in their fields and can give the audience wise advice and additional tips and resources.

I reached out to them and they were kind enough to invite me on their show to discuss my book. I recommend listening to it over watching it because, as the saying goes, I have a face for radio. The truth is I was so intent on concentrating on what they were saying and trying to listen carefully.
